Skill friction is the greatest source of inefficiency in the job market, resulting in billions in wasted value and unrecognised human potential. Skillful.ly reimagines the job market as a skills marketplace, driven by employer feedback and fed by social learning. We were tasked with creating a brand identity that reflected this revolutionary and much-needed platform's vision.
Once the brand identity and guidelines were set in place we moved to the interface design, namely their customer-facing website and the initial product screens. The product UX was an iterative process that reflected the user behaviour of the students and the employers that would be using the platform and then a comprehensive design system was also developed for the product.
Skillful.ly continues to be a valued client with us designing their marketing collaterals, their investor pitch deck and more. This is one project that we could see from inception to the incredible growth phase they are in currently.
